Did you know that SugarCRM can be configured to display account and contact hierarchy? Account hierarchies display accounts related via the Parent Account field. To maintain a complete account hierarchy, enter an account in the Parent Account field for every account except the one at the top of the hierarchy. This is particularly useful for larger organizations with multiple branches but has many other use cases. Not only can you see the relationship between the parent and child accounts, you can also see the associated opportunities of the whole organization in a single view.
