One of the quickest ways to make your CRM a more powerful tool is to configure and set up dashboards and dashlets. In addition to making dashboards easier to share, Sugar now supports drill down dashboards allowing users to interrogate the underlying data which a chart is built on making dashboards far more functional than a static chart.
